The end
It's the end of the class. I haven't finished my essay yet. I enjoyed this class. It's going to help me study other classes since I'm going to have some time left. But it's really hard to focus on the subject that are really boring. This class was fun and I learned a lot. New things that I wouldn't have paid attention before. Those things I learned in this class are very helpful things, too. I told many of my friends to look into the classes Dr. H teaches. It's not just because they are short term classes. They are really interesting to know, and useful to know. Keep up with good work guys, and good luck to you all.

Midterm is almost over
I'm so so glad that I am over with two classes' midterm tests. I did very well on one, and the other...I may get B. Well, but it's okay. At least I could answer many of the questions. I'll always remember to test students only the things I covered in the class, though. I don't understand teachers who would test students with things that were not covered in the class. But...what can I do about it? Nothing. If I don't like it, I guess I'll have to be the professor. I may.

Library book sale
We went to the library book sale today. We set the alarm at 7 a.m. and we couldn't get up. We got there at about 11 o'clock, and we were still able to get some books we wanted to get. I got 3 children's books for my son, and about 5 or 6 cooking and decorating magazines (I really hate to spend 3 dollars on a magazine. Library book sale is a good place to go and get many magazines that are just 6 months old, if you don't mind beind 6 months outdated... ), and my husband got bunch of books he really don't even need. I think he buys books just to keep em. Anyway, it was really really windy. It's really windy right now. It's a good weekend to sit at home reading magazines drinking coffee... if I didn't have midterms. Ah, I forgot my son who is usually attached on my knees asking to play cars with him..

Mid terms
I'm having two tests next week. Both very very tough classes. My poor son fell asleep by my feet as I type these. He didn't used to understand why I lock myself up in this room and hit on this thing with so many buttons. Now he seems to understand that I need to do this sometimes. I couldn't post my discussion requirement today, because there's some problem with the site. Did anyone have the same problem? Is it just my computer? Hmm..
Good luck with you whoever have mid terms next week. I'm sure I'll manage it.

tired but willing
I'm tired. I slept about 8 hours all together last week. My eyes are bloodshot, and I feel like dreaming. I can't remember certain things like how I got home.. Last night, I slept one hour trying to write abstracts due on Tuesday and a research paper. I ended up just paying bills and cleaning up my desk, but no sleep. I still got up and went to the zoo as I promised my two year old son. Yeah!! I can do it!
digital camera
I've been looking for a new digital camera. They are a lot cheaper than when I got the old one. I'm not going for the brand name and the price this time. I'll go for the cheap and good one. I'm still kinda debating whether I should buy one or not. I realized that I take lots of pictures and download them into my computer, and then I never look at them. I sometimes delete many pictures right on my digital camera. Those pictures that would've been so funny to look at years later. When I used my regular camera, I enjoyed keeping rolls of films undeveloped for a couple of months, and then when I get them developed, it's so interesting to see how things changed in a short period of time. I can't delete some of the pictures, so it's funny to look at them. I put them in an album book, so that we can look at them anytime we want to sitting on a couch with a cup of coffee all bundled up toghether...
I don't know.. I may keep my old regular camera and get the cheapest digital camera just to keep it in my purse. The non-digital camera I have is kinda too big to carry in my purse, and that's the only complain I have about it.

lesson
I know that I need to study a lot harder than the time I was an undergraduate student. But I don't know about this. I'm having to write a research paper that I don't even know what I'm going to write about. I guess I have to do a REAL research since it is a research paper. I thought anything for the class should be taught first, and then write a paper over it, and get tested over it. But this is the first time I'm having to write a paper on a topic that I wasn't taught. Is it a common thing? I still don't understand the topic itself. Oh gosh, what am I gonna do.... I should've known better. 12 graduate hourse is too much.
